The personal data (IP address and voice) are processed for access to and use of the Realverso (metaverse). To enable access to their own voice (optional), the user gives explicit consent by authorising the microphone from their browser. Specifically, the IP address is used to ensure the connection to the metaverse and for the legitimate interest of the data controller (for protection in the event of violations detected on the platform). The voice, by contrast, is processed in real time for communication within the metaverse, without being recorded or saved in any way.
The Realverso is an experimental environment in continuous evolution. Please note that Cluster Lucano Automotive - Fabbrica Intelligente ETS assumes no responsibility for any problems, malfunctions, or damage caused by the use of the experimental environment, including those arising from bugs or programming errors. The experimental environment is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, and the Third Sector Entity (ETS) does not guarantee that the experimental environment is free from errors or defects. It is therefore advisable to use the experimental environment with the utmost prudence and caution.
Access to the Realverso is entirely free and anonymous; consequently, moderation is carried out on a sample basis by the staff of Cluster Lucano Automotive - Fabbrica Intelligente ETS. The ETS intervenes by blocking access codes in the event of possible violations detected (for example, a user’s access code will be blocked if the use of offensive language or profanity is detected).
By accessing the Realverso, the user declares that they are over 18 years of age and that they have been informed that the environment is experimental in nature and subject to sample-based moderation. In this regard, please note that Cluster Lucano Automotive - Fabbrica Intelligente ETS assumes no responsibility for any offences, inappropriate behaviour, or other type of damage or harm encountered in the virtual environment and produced by users. Users are advised to use the virtual environment with respect and common sense, avoiding any behaviour that may harm the rights or dignity of third parties.
It is prohibited to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercialise the content of the experimental environment. Furthermore, it is prohibited to carry out reverse engineering or any other activity aimed at discovering the source code or at creating disruptions or damage to the experimental environment. The right is reserved to take all necessary legal action to protect its intellectual property rights, to prevent any unauthorised use of the content of the experimental environment, and to safeguard its image and this product.
The processing will be carried out using both manual and electronic tools, with organisational and processing logic strictly related to the purposes themselves, and in any case in such a way as to guarantee the security, integrity, and confidentiality of the data, in compliance with the organisational, physical, and logical measures provided for by the regulations in force.
The personal data will not be disclosed (except where necessary to comply with legal obligations or orders from the authorities). The personal data (IP) are retained for the entire duration of the use of the service and, in any case, for a specific limited period, in compliance with the storage limitation principle, in order to protect the rights of the data controller in the event of any disputes relating to the use of the platform.
The data subject may exercise the rights provided for by Articles 15 to 21 of the GDPR at any time. You may exercise your rights by sending a request via email to the address info@clusterlucanoautomotive.it.
